A few useful details.
Will a new standard change my existing notes?
No. Changes apply to notes generated afterwards. Existing notes are not rewritten automatically. Saved word replacements are also forward-looking.
How do changing details work?
Standards can contain blanks for details such as dates or left/right. Whippet uses what was said to fill them, and flags a missing value as [not stated] for you to complete during review.
Does the template preview include Clinic Standards?
No. Standards apply during real consult note generation, not template previews. The standards test panel is a simulation; check how your standards behave in actual consults.
