Questions about plans and billing
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — 30 days on the Unlimited plan, starting when you verify your email. No credit card. If you do nothing when it ends you aren't charged: you move to the free plan and keep 10 consults each period.
Are there any lock-in contracts? +
No. There are no lock-in contracts and no setup fees. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
What happens if I cancel? +
Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. There's no cancellation fee, your access runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and after that you're not charged again — you drop back to the free plan.
Do the PMS integrations cost extra? +
No. Covetrus Ascend and RxWorks sync is included on every plan, including Free. There's no per-clinic integration fee and no tier you have to upgrade to for it.
My practice has more than five full-time vets — what does that cost? +
